If we do progress, then a programme will be designed and delivered using up-to-date training techniques and delivered by highly qualified and experienced business people.

All of our training and development programmes are built around the competency framework concept.  We believe that to manage, it helps to have an understanding of the process being managed, and to direct a team of managers it helps to know how they are managing - is your vision turning into reality?  To facilitate this we deliver programmes at three levels:-

  • First level - aimed at those whose primary function is customer interfacing 
  • Second level - managers who are required to deliver results through their team 
  • Third level - directors who are accountable for the result and to develop effective management teams

At all levels the concept and philosophy of the Sigma Selling methodology is taught.
